Located in Incline Village, Tahoe Children's Foundation (TCF) is a parent education and child development center. TCF's programs are twofold.

• Parents may attend parent education classes on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday offered by a child development specialist. Topics include discipline, nutrition, language development and literacy.
• Children (birth to 42 months) have opportunities for socialization, motor skill development, language development and free play in a safe environment especially designed for infants and toddlers in TCF's creative play area, wheel room and gym.
